Scott was born and raised in Biddeford, Maine, a place he holds close to his heart. Growing up in a town known for its rich history and vibrant community, Scott developed a strong sense of belonging and a commitment to giving back.  Scott's father is currently serving in the Air Force, exemplifying dedication and service. His mother, a breast cancer survivor, is Scott's biggest influence, inspiring him to strive for excellence and resilience in all aspects of life.  Throughout high school, Scott was actively involved in sports, playing football and running track all four years. His passion for athletics continues as hecoaches the Biddeford High School track team, where he enjoys mentoring young athletes.  

In 2024, Scott became a licensed real estate agent, fulfilling his aspiration to help others find their dream homes.
