We know how to market your rental listing better than anyone else. We use professional photography, list your rental on all major platforms & some private platforms, and market on social media where we have a large audience. We have a network of tenants who are looking for a rental, and real estate agents whose clients need a rental.
COMMUNICATION
Tired of managing endless inquiries on your rental listing? We can handle that for you! We deal with all incoming inquiries online, email, text and phone calls (many of them spam). We respond fast because we know many tenants will move on quickly.
SHOWINGS
Don't have the time in your busy schedule to show your listing over and over again? We show the property for you to potential renters so you don't have to be there - saving you time, money & energy. We are property experts who will be sure to highlight your property's best features to potential renters!
APPLICATIONS
Tired of sifting through applications (or do you even have an application)? We have a thorough application process and verify the applicant's background check, credit score, eviction history, references, work history, financials and more. We will also followup with both you and the applicant to see if they are a good fit!
SIGN THE LEASE
Not sure where to get a lease? We have a lease that ensures your protection and we provide the tenant with the proper disclosures (lead paint, radon air, etc), make sure you're not violating any fair housing rules, and confirm renters insurance. We coordinate giving the tenant the keys and swapping utilities into their name.
Optional Add-On
We offer property management services for property owners on a monthly basis. We handle answering tenant's questions, maintenance requests, coordinating snow / lawn maintenance / professional cleaning, move out inspections, and more! Our fee is equal to 10% of the monthly rent roll.
