Log in & set up your new MREC Gmail account (we've emailed the instructions to your personal email). The TEMPORARY PASSWORD expires after 48 hours so please log in to set up your account ASAP.  If you do not see this email pop into your spam/junk folder, it may be hiding.  If you run into issues with the email link sent to you, try searching gmail.com and logging in manually with the details below.  Going forward we will email all communications to your MREC email. 

Complete the Google Onboarding Form sent to your MREC email. Please complete the form ASAP, as this will help us work smoothly behind the scenes to efficiently take the next steps with your onboarding!

Once you have submitted your Google Form please book your 2-hour virtual onboarding session with Sydney.  When booking your session select "New Agent Onboarding", pick your date & time.

You'll receive a Square invoice to pay your $500.00 one-time onboarding fee.  We will invoice you for your $60.00 Errors & Omissions insurance every month on the 1st.

 If you'd like to order sign riders or custom sign panels with your name please follow the link to place your order.  Orders can take up to a few weeks to be delivered so please order ASAP if you know you'll need them!  

Our standard MREC sign panels are FREE to all agents - however custom panels, riders and stake directionals are for agent purchase.  

Agents are also welcome to request our designs & order through any company they wish.  *If you wish to print these yourself, please email sydney@merealestateco.com to request a copy of our MREC design.

Once your license is officially transferred, please update your social media platforms to reflect your new brokerage & new contact information! 

 As a social media-based company, we highly encourage (but don't require) agents to take our Social Media for Agents course which is offered FREE to all agents at MREC.  This course was designed for ALL social media skillsets.  You can click below to begin the course!

Join/Update your membership with the Maine Association of REALTORS Board.  If you are already affiliated with a REALTOR Board you must notify your board of the switch to MREC within 7 days of joining MREC.

If you are newly licensed and not yet a member of a REALTOR Board, you must affiliate with a board within 7 days of joining MREC.

Boards MREC is a Member of that you may join: Greater Portland, York County, Mountains To Shore, Bangor. Please choose a board that best suits you.

All new agents are required to order Zipforms.  You will NEED your NRDS number to order Zipforms, this is why it is critical you join a REALTOR board within 7 days of joining MREC.
