Meet Adam Parent, Designated Broker of Maine Real Estate Co and owner of the LUX Group. Adam has 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. Along with being a top producing agent in Maine, he previously owned a real estate brokerage in Saco and provides invaluable knowledge to our agency. We are located right on Route 1 in Scarborough, you can't miss our 10ft digital sign! There's plenty of free parking for our agents & clients and a reception desk where visitors are greeted upon arrival. Our building has been extensively renovated with luxury in mind! Our meeting room has an elevated yet comfortable feeling and is NOT your typical, stuffy conference room! Agents can work in one of our shared office spaces or in our meeting room. We also have a space for confidential calls and video recording. All of these benefits are free to our agents, we never charge for desk space!
