Jhon Florez

Jhon was born and raised in Bucaramanga, Colombia, where he completed his education and embarked on his professional journey.  In 2011, he relocated to Maine, where he's come to appreciate the state's splendid beauty.  For the past 12 years, Jhon has called the greater Portland area home.

With a background in underwriting and risk analysis, complemented by prior roles in finance, insurance, marketing, and sales, Jhon possess a comprehensive knowledge base pertinent to real estate. This equips him to secure optimal deals for his clients.  His proficiency in analytics, problem-solving, and bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish empower him to provide comprehensive service.  Jhon's determined approach, adept negotiation skills, professionalism, and unwavering integrity have led him to help many clients successfully buy and sell real estate in Maine.  

When he isn't helping his clients reach their real estate goals, Jhon enjoys cherishing moments with his loved ones.  He is also deeply passionate about activities like hiking, fishing, skiing, soccer, and the occasional motorcycle ride.  He is actively involved in his community, and regularly participates in charity events & nonprofit organizations. Over the last decade, he has had the privilege of serving as the young adult coordinator and Spanish interpreter for Faith Temple, a role that he holds in high regard.
